FEATURES OF POWDER / GRANULE FILLING MACHINE:-

Technology which truly covers the aspects of hygiene, minimum drying time consumption & minimum human intervention, that is infrared Ray dryers.
Drying by infra red ray dryers is very easy solution. You can expose your washed equipment to Infra red rays for speedy drying.
Infra red Rays sources are Ceramic coated thus ensures no particle shedding or black particle generation, which may contaminate washed equipment. As a property Of Infra red rays, it reduces the microbial counts also. Infra red dryer is more effective for drying Stainless Steel equipment because Stainless Steel surface is a reflective surface
In this case temperature is not the criterion as it will give heating effect only to the object on which it falls. Infra red rays do not require air as media Thus rays will not increase temperature of the surrounding atmosphere but itwillgive heating effect to the objecton which it falls.
Power consumption by Infra red ray Dryers is 5 to 10 times less than power consumption by hot air blower.
Infra red rays are absolutely safe to human body. Heat up & cool down time -1.5 to 5.5min.

Basic Coating Machine in Non Flame Proof equipment design

All the product contact parts are made from Stainless Steel corresponding to 304.
Non-contact parts and outer surfaces made from Stainless Steel corresponding to 304.
All doors, safety guards and covers are provided with a suitable food grade seals Pan speed 1 to 15 RPM, The pan speed is variable and can be changed from the control panel.
Perforated pan with more than 55% opening for better quality finish.
The pan is cylindrical in shape and is made out of stainless steel sheet.
The middle portion of the pan is perforated, having 2.5 mm. diameter holes, to enable hot air to enter the pan while in rotation.
4 nos. removable Rabbit-ear baffles will be provided.
Pan speed control via variable frequency AC Drive.
Tablets charging facility manual.
Tablet discharging facility will be through the special diverter assembly.
On the front Stainless steel cover with a glass door for process visualization.
Front Entry stainless steel arm, with facility to adjust the angle of spray guns is provided.
A stainless steel 304 sink at bottom of pan for collection of powder with necessary stainless steel piping with tri-clover joints for ease of cleaning during the change over.
The coating pan along with the drive system, hot air plenum, exhaust plenum, pan washing sink, washing pipe line etc. are housed in a stainless steel cabinet.
Fluorescent Light is provided for illumination in side the pan.
LHS and RHS wall of the machine will be double insulated to prevent the heat lose.

Double Cone Blender is an efficient for mixing dry powder and granulates homogeneously. All the contact parts are made of stainless steel. Two-thirds of the volume of the Cone Blender is filled to ensure proper mixing. It can be used for Pharmaceutical, Food, Chemical and Cosmetic products etc.

SALIENT FEATURES:

The conical shape at both ends ends enables uniform mixing and easy discharge
The cone is statically balanced to avoid anyexcessive load on the gear box and motor.

Rapid Mixture Granulator

The basic equipment consists of machine base covered all around by SS flush type panels.The frame is providedwith a SS staircase & railings. Over the frame there is RMG Bowl with pneumatically open able lid. It has two mixing blades. Material to be mixed is whirled and tumbled, close to the bottom of RMG bowl with the help of chopper blades. Chopper Tool located at the side preventslump formation. RMG produces a highly efficient, fast & homogenous mixing.
